Typical invoicing structure is as follows:
15% upon contract execution (scope-dependent)
50% at half way
90% upon Substantial completion
100% upon punch completion

My name is Teddy Ryan and I am the owner and Lead Project Manager at Overlay Construction. With over 10 years of experience in Construction Management and Execution, I have developed many formidable relationships within the Austin Market that allow me to be competitive and build in some of the coolest buildings and neighborhoods in the Central Texas Area.
I am a graduate of the University of Texas and am a Native New Orleanian with 13 years under my belt in Austin, Texas. I live in a home in the S. Manchac area with my dog and enjoy spending time with my friends and family, doing Calisthenics, and listening to live music.
